Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” --everyone is guilt of sin.
Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” --the result of sin is not only physical but spiritual death (we are eternally separated from God) but it is through the death of Jesus on the cross that our sin can be forgiven.
Romans 5:8: “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” --When Jesus died all the debt of sin of those who believe in him was paid for on the cross.
Romans 10:9: “Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” --all you need to do is believe in Jesus.
Romans 8:1: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” --the result of faith is that there is no debt of sin and we can have a relationship with God.
