It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. GriefShare is a nondenominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics.
Our new GriefShare Session will begin on Sunday, February 8th, from 6:00p.-8:00p in Room 106 and will be led by Scott and Carolyn Tomlinson.
You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next cycle and view any of the videos you have not seen.
If you have lost a loved one or have a friend or relative who is grieving a loss, this 13-week program, “A Journey From Mourning to Joy”, will bring comfort within a Christian perspective and address all the issues, emotions and symptoms of grieving.
Please register and pay on-line, by debit or credit card, by selecting the link below or by cash or check at the Church Office during office hours.
Registration fee is $20. If you do not need to purchase the materials, please call the church office to register. Couples may share a book.
Participants may join the class at any time during the session.
